3. Our online store

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable.

4. Products, pricing and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. However:

• Product images, colours and packaging are for illustration and may vary from the item delivered.
• Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse or cancel any order, limit or prohibit orders that appear to be for resale, and discontinue any product at any time.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing or other content is accurate, complete or error-free. Where an error occurs (including in price, description, promotion or availability), we reserve the right to correct it, and to cancel or refuse any order placed based on that error, even after an order has been confirmed.

5. Product performance and filtration claims

Our filtration products are independently tested, and our filter cartridges carry NSF/ANSI 42 certification for the reduction of chlorine, taste and odour. Where we describe the reduction of other substances (such as PFAS, heavy metals, microplastics, or other contaminants), those descriptions are based on testing of our filter media under controlled laboratory conditions, and reflect reduction — not complete removal.

Actual filtration performance in your home will vary depending on factors including the quality and composition of your source water, water temperature and pressure, flow rate, correct assembly and use of the product, and whether filter cartridges are replaced at the recommended intervals. We do not warrant that the products will reduce any specific contaminant to any specific level in your individual circumstances.

Our products are designed for use with treated, microbiologically safe (potable) mains tap water. They are not designed or intended to make unsafe, untreated or contaminated water safe to drink. If you are unsure whether your water is safe, please contact your water supplier or local health authority.

To get the stated performance, you must use the product as directed and replace filter cartridges as recommended in the product instructions.

6. Health and general information disclaimer

The information on this website is general in nature and is provided for informational purposes only. Our products are water filtration devices intended to improve the taste and quality of drinking water. They are not therapeutic goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.

Nothing on this website is intended as medical, health or professional advice, and it should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified health professional. Always seek the advice of your doctor or another qualified professional with any questions you may have regarding your health.

7. International sales

We currently sell and ship within Australia. If we accept an order for delivery outside Australia, you may be responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges, which are outside our control and are not included in the price or shipping cost. We are not responsible for customs delays.

8. Orders, billing and account information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all orders. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, and to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details you provided.

You are responsible for keeping your account login details secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly if you suspect any unauthorised use.

9. Returns and refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements and warranty claims are governed by our Refund Policy and Warranty, which form part of these Terms. Nothing in those policies or these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, page layouts, and the “Mira100” name and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any part of this website or our content without our prior written permission.

If you submit reviews, comments, ideas or other content to us (for example, a product review or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, reproduce, publish and display that content in connection with our business.
