At Mira100, we believe everyone deserves to feel good about the water they drink.
As new questions emerge about what's in our water — from the taste of chlorine to contaminants like PFAS — more of us want a simple, affordable way to take a little more control, without expensive plumbing and without piling up plastic bottles.
Our Signature Product
Engineered by water professionals. The Mira 8L Glass Water Dispenser features NSF-certified multi-stage filtration — designed to remove the contaminants that matter most, in a form that belongs on your bench.
The danger isn't alive anymore. It's chemical.
Lead, PFAS, chlorine byproducts, nitrates, pesticides — invisible, tasteless, and entirely beyond the reach of heat. If anything, boiling makes some of them worse. The oldest tool we have is powerless against the newest problem we face. That is the gap Mira100 was built to close.
Mira100 does cold what fire never could.
Through activated carbon and ion exchange, it reduces what heat can't touch. No boiling. No expensive plumbing. No plastic reservoir — your water rests in glass, beneath bamboo, poured through a steel tap. Quietly and cold, it reaches what fire never could.
Why 100.
When the Celsius scale was drawn, it was drawn around water. Zero, where water freezes. One hundred, where water boils. 100 was never a number we assigned to water — it is water's own mark. Mira100 is the mark we want to leave on what comes out of your tap.
For the new era of water.
The old era ended at 100°. The new one begins here — not with fire, but with filtration. Not with heat, but with science. Not with plastic, but with glass.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often should I replace the filter?
Every 150 litres or 2 months, whichever comes first. Staying on schedule keeps your water tasting its best — fresh filter, fresh water.
Do you ship across Australia?
Yes — we deliver Australia-wide. See our Shipping Policy for full details on dispatch times and costs.
What does Mira100 filter out?
Mira100 uses a multi-stage filter of activated carbon and ion exchange resin. It reduces chlorine, taste and odour (certified NSF/ANSI 42), and is recognised for reducing long-chain PFAS like PFOS and PFOA — the forever chemicals most commonly found in Australian tap water. The ion exchange stage helps reduce dissolved contaminants, and fine filtration catches particles like microplastics.
Does it remove bacteria or viruses?
Mira100 is designed to polish water that's already safe to drink — like treated mains tap water. It's not a microbiological purifier and should only be used with potable water. This is standard for all bench and jug filters.
Does it reduce fluoride?
Our cartridge includes an ion exchange stage — the technology used to reduce dissolved contaminants. As we complete independent testing, we'll publish verified fluoride results here. We'd rather show you proven numbers than a figure we can't stand behind.
Will the Mira100 filter fit my Brita jug?
Yes. Our replacement cartridge is compatible with standard Brita-style pitchers, so you can upgrade your filtration without replacing your existing jug.
Is it really all glass?
Yes — and it's a centrepiece. The dispenser body and inner filtration chamber are both glass, set in a natural bamboo stand. The only plastic part is the BPA-free filter cartridge. No plastic taste, no plastic worries.
Do I need to prep the filter before first use?
Yes — give your new cartridge a quick prime. Either soak it as directed, or fill the dispenser once and pour that first batch away. This rinses out the harmless fine carbon dust left from manufacturing so your very first glass is as clean and clear as every one after it.
Does it tackle PFAS ("forever chemicals")?
Yes. Our activated carbon filtration is recognised for reducing long-chain PFAS such as PFOS and PFOA — the types most commonly detected in Australian tap water. If PFAS is the reason you're filtering, you're in the right place.
